What are your fees?
Individual psychotherapy (45 minute session) $235
Group Psychotherapy (75 minute session) $150
Couples Therapy (varies depending on format)
My rates increase each year. I will let you know in advance of any changes.
I accept payment via Zelle, ACH bank transfer, cash or check.
do you take insurance
I am considered "out of network" with all insurance plans and do not maintain contract agreements with any health insurance providers. I will provide you with a monthly Superbill which includes the information required for you to submit to your insurance reimbursement if you have a plan that includes out of network mental health benefits.
how do I make an appointment?
Prior to setting up our first appointment, I provide a free, brief (5-10 minute) phone consultation.

Where will we meet?
Our in person therapy sessions will take place at my office in Northwest, Washington D.C., conveniently located by the Dupont Circle metro. I offer telehealth sessions in the event of extenuating circumstances.
